Not a fan of this eyeliner

This eyeliner is not my favorite. Although it is waterproof, it is not tear proof. I am older now and have mature skin, putting eyeliner on is so much harder now (IYKYK) and the application of this product made it so much harder. The color is nice, dark black but when it dries and you try to go over it again, it comes off! Getting the product out of the container is also difficult, and does not come out evenly. I will be returning this product, I am not a fan.
