Okay product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I think with a few tweaks, this product could be great. Though it works, I think sometimes I have issues getting the liner to work on my skin. I would much rather have a silky-smooth eyeliner that's much easier to apply and blend. However, I can say I have experienced no flaking with this product, and it stays put.
