Beautiful colour but not plumping…

I love the colour of this gloss and the applicator but unfortunately it does not plump as it says, doesn’t even tingle. It is pretty thick and sticky as well, but has a nice gloss to the lips. I have tried many other plumping glosses that are better at a comparable price point
