It glides on smoothly and delivers rich, precise color on both the upper and lower waterlines with no tugging. It’s great for tight-lining and stays put once applied. I did notice a bit of drag when using it directly on my eyelid, but I have more mature, drier skin, so that may be a factor. When used as intended, the payoff and control are solid. This is a dependable liner for clean definition and precision, especially if you love a sharp waterline look. The smudger tip is a nice addition too, for those days you're feeling a lil smokey.
