Confusing order process

Your process online is inadequate. You showed a picture of the gift travel bag when requesting an order, I purchased the cream, expecting you were sending that gift with purchase. You sent me just the cream, & nothing else. - no explanation.

Love how my skin feels in the morning.

This is the ultimate night cream. I use this every night before bed. I apply this after applying softener and serum. My everyday routine. I can definitely tell the difference in the morning if I skip the night cream.
