Great color, horrible formula

I should have read more reviews before buying but I loved this shade of gray so much that as soon as it was back in stock, I bought it ASAP. The color is great but the formula is too dry and it came out of the tube in clumps on the applicator. It applied very patchy and did not blend well. I bought the matte grey Stila liquid eyeshadow which is a great formula but not as blue-toned as this one. I’ll just have to layer a topper to cool it down some.

Dry, patchy, hard to work with

Incredibly dry and patchy. Super hard to work with. The color is beautiful but the formula needs work!
