UD what happened?

I loved UD. I’ve spent more time with UD than any other company but it’s like too faced decided to take over the company. Patchy dry fall out. Muddy color when there is any color. So sad. Thought it might just be have been the one. Returned it and bought anew one and well. I’ve loved on UD.
