Does not hold up on my hooded eyelids

Even after primer and setting spray the eyeliner prints onto the part of my eyelid that touches my lash line and leaves a mark. Disappointed in the product :(

excellent liner. creamy to apply but does not budge and stays all day. I have bought several colours. the quality is excellent
