What is with the pump? Apparently this is not just a me problem, several posts on Tik tok and Reddit with the same issues. Pump wont open. Love this cleanser but probably won’t buy it again. Who has time for this?

AMAZING!!! this cleanser is absolutely amazing!!! it makes my skin so soft and it is cleaning my pores. I have these little bumps on my forehead and after a day of using this cleanser ( AM and PM ) I can already tell a difference. it makes my skin super glowy and I haven't had a allergic reaction to it so far ( I have really sensitive skin too) this is the BEST CLENSER EVER but make sure to put on a good moisturizer after, i used the lanaige water bank one. I have figured out that you dont need a whole ton of it and less than a pea size goes a long way. Other than that, this cleanser is amazing and im so happy that I tried it 10/10 would recommend.
