Wears and layers perfectly with other makeup

This product was a staple for a lot of years for me. It glided on so smooth and really defined my brows better than anything. The product stayed and didn’t budge and worked well when layered with makeup.

Love this to do a natural highlight/contour under my microbladed brows. Easy to use. Lasts a long time. On my second pencil. Anastasia is good for brows.
