Will not buy again

I love Lancome and have used their products for over 25 years. I used this very product several years ago and loved it. Was on site to purchase holiday box and had to purchase another product to buy it. Didn’t really need anything. Remembered this product and recently ran out of my current blue liner so bought this. It smears easy and not so much waterproof. Also I’ve used it three days in a row and it has broken off in pieces each day smearing into my face and hard to clean off without having to redo make up. Very disappointed and will not it buy again. Something must have changed from the formula used years ago.
