Truely waterproof

I have had used many a liner that claimed to be waterproof but this one truly is. I live in a high humidity climate and I do not have raccoon eyes by the end of the day. The only liner I will use for my waterline. Love!!

Goes on smoothly and stays put

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the color and how easily the eyeliner goes on. It also stays on all day. It does need to be removed with their makeup remover. That makes it easy.
