Best eyeliner ever

Not dark enough

doesn’t smudge and lasts through the day, which I really like. The only downside is that the color isn’t as dark or bold as I expected, so it takes a few extra strokes to build intensity. Overalli, it’s a good product, just not deep enough for a dramatic look.
