My favourite.
Having dry skin under my eyes, I was tired of looking for a good concealer. Tover 28 does not roll into wrinkles, does not tighten the skin and stays on all day.

Love how smooth this concealer is!
This product is everything that you could want in a concealer. I love how seamless it feels on my skin, as well as how much easier it is to blend then other concealers that I have tried in the past. The consistency is both creamy and lightweight. I also appreciate this being a clean product and not causing any extra irritation or breakouts.
